Bio-Diverse Colony - Gatherer

Gatherers have by far the simplest job within the colony, besides the queen. They are simply given orders by the Scouts, the taskmasters and very rarely the queen herself. They collect food, resources and anything else the colony might need. Because of this they grow their wings larger than usual in order to gain the right air resistance necessary to heft the cargo they are sometimes tasked with getting. Often seen in flocks and known to leave places of food in abundance virtually desolate within a matter of minutes, the Gatherer is a terror to all who manage to see their blue visage on the open sky.
